At Alexis Foods, every cake is baked with care, quality, and attention to detail. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any issue with your order upon receiving it, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

If You Have an Issue With Your Cake

Please email us at alexisfoodsinc@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the cake and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, Alexis Foods is not responsible for carrier delays. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, email us immediately after placing your order. We will try our best to make the change, but changes are not guaranteed, as processing begins quickly and time limits vary.

Cancellation Policy

All of our cakes are made to order. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel your order, please email alexisfoodsinc@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
